Quiche filled with goat cheese, red onion, tomato and basil, served with winter leaves

Roast Turkey with herb Stuffing
Roast turkey served with an herb stuffing, chipolata sausage wrapped
in bacon and a cranberry tartlet

Hare gently cooked with herbs, wine and spices finished with redcurrant Jelly.

and served with a horse radish sauce
